Sculptural Crochet
Crochet is a constructed textile technique that uses a hook to form an interlocking chain
structure. When crocheting, you only have one live stitch on your hook compared to a whole
row of live stitches on your needle when knitting. Because of this, multidirectional, freeform
and sculptural fabrics are simple to execute. In this workshop you will learn to create various
three-dimensional shapes that may be used alone or to build up larger structures.
