There’s some BIG news from Textile Arts Center!

 

We are thrilled to announce that Textile Arts Center is expanding! Walls are toppling soon at our Brooklyn location to add a substantial 3,600 square feet. As we grow into our new digs we are looking to share some space with a business/organization as well as artists.

 

Available for a business/organization is up to 1000 sq. feet of ground level space with large storefront windows starting in September 2017 for a 3-5 year sublease. Ideal candidates are symbiotic + complementary businesses or organizations who are community minded, supportive, and collaborative in spirit, and work well in a bustling studio setting. Serious inquiries only.

 

Available for individual artists are four private studios starting in September for a 1-2 year lease. Ideal candidates are artists who are community minded, supportive, and collaborative in spirit, and work well in a bustling studio setting. Serious inquiries only.

Ideal candidates are fellow arts organizations who are community minded, supportive, collaborative in spirit and work well in a bustling studio environment that caters to Adult Classes, Artist Residency, After School, Summer Camp and Studio Renters.

Want to be a Studio Renter at Textile Arts Center?

 

We are looking for Studio Artists who are interested in a 1-2 year lease of a private workspace with an open air partition. We can provide a private studio on ground level space with 24hr access starting in September 2017. Studio renters would enjoy the perks of being connected to Textile Arts Center including 10% off classes, access to a yardage table, exposure unit, washout booth, 4 color carousel, presentation room and photography opportunities.

 

Ideal candidates are studio artists who are community minded, supportive, collaborative in spirit and work well in a bustling studio environment that caters to Adult Classes, Artist Residency, After School, Summer Camp and Studio Renters.
