Staff Picks: Book Arts 101

I love books. I mean…I really really love books. I make paper and there is an obvious connection there, but I cannot even tell you the hours that I have spent in the Strand since moving to New York (more specifically, the Rare Books room). My partner and I collect a lot of beautiful books, which explains why we have a plethora of multiples lurking in our bookshelves. So, I guess it was a pretty simple for my Staff Pick this month: Book Arts 101.

All materials for sample making and learning the technique are included. Any additional materials will need to be supplied by the student based on their vision. Students have access to Open Studio time for free for the duration of the class, to put their new knowledge to practice.
