We’re sure you learned how to tie-dye in grade school, but you’d probably be surprised to know that Japanese Shibori – an ancient dyeing technique incorporating the use of creasing, folding, stitching and knotting to create uniquely beautiful designs on fabric – shares some resist dye techniques with your hippie t-shirt!
