    In other words, we throw the best birthday ever. With several options for our parties, we can accommodate your desires and budget.

    All parties are 2.5 hours (2 hours of creative time, half hour of celebration) & are $45/child, in Brooklyn or Manhattan. Limited to 12 children (Weaving parties limited to 6) Kids will leave with their projects and TAC goodie bag!

    Party Options 

    Printing
    Printing methods can vary greatly from culture to culture, but all over the world different ways of placing images on fabric and paper are used. Based on the age of the children, guests will either explore printing through colograph or block printing!

    Sew-A-Drawing
    Combine the freedom of drawing with the sweet fuzziness of fibers and make a beautiful and unique artwork or birthday memento. Let us show you how to design your own piece then transfer it to cardstock using a simple perforation technique that’s a pleasure on its own, before “connecting the dots” with embroidery floss and a big-eyed needle. You won’t want to stop!

     
    		 
    Felted Fiber Jewelry
    If fashion is your passion, fiber jewelry will spark your creativity. With this medium, texture, color, and finish offer unexplored possibilities to even the most jaded jeweler. Create beads from felt, paper and fabric, and string them with a needle, or try using applique to craft pendants, charms and other soft and eye-catching pieces, then string them on a chain.

    Weaving
    Straightforward and simple -- kids will experiment with colors and texture to create a woven cloth to take home! Kids can imagine many uses for their new woven swatch -- whether a blanket for a stuffed animal, rug for a dollhouse, small scarf, or any other creative thing!

     

     

    Scheduling your party

    To reserve your party date please fill out this handy online form. It'll help us gather all the details so we can help you plan the best party ever! 

    We are able to hold birthday parties on Friday after noons, Saturday evenings, and Sunday mornings. 

    Please be sure to schedule your party at least 2 weeks in advance of your desired date. 

    Parents are welcome to bring food, cake, or decorations. We have a large fridge and a microwave available. You may arrive up to 20 minutes early for set up.
